are there any limitations to being a vampire...let me refrase that for any who don't know what i mean, are the any "downsides" to being a vampire? and if there are, what?

How'bout this?

-Worrying about finding a safe, clean donor
-Never knowing if you're going to get a feed
-Sufferig from the symptoms
-Not being accepted by the majority of the world
-being looked at as a joke, or a psycho
-wanting so badly to tell the people you love, but knowing its probably useless.

and the list goes on...

but doesn't immortalty help you in fighting and eliminating diseases? i could personaly care less about the world and "loved ones"? the only person i love is my girlfriend and she is searching for a vamp to turn her also but is learning more and more.

...If you think you are immortal, you have much more serious problems than what i've listed. I knew this would'nt be a good idea, so long.

i agree. you can't be "turned" into a vampire. you develop the condition perhaps from birth or it may be a while before you actually suffer from the symtoms. and real vampires are mortal. they don't live forever. it's kind of like any other condition.

ELEMENTEUS you are a fool there is no such thing as immortalty. to not die the human body must continu growing. we do not begin to die until about 30 years of age vampires do exist but they are said to be immortal becuase it makes a good story nothing more. in another post you said "the body i posses right now is 15" this agin is foolish. at birth a babys mind can not hold a full adluts menories and personality even if you were to wait until said body was old enough themind would have hard wired many personaltiy traits that you would slowly begin to take on any one smart enough to transfer their mind would not take this risk because it is counter producktive of the orinal cause wiche is to re main the same whyll liveing past death.

I really enjoy you trying to reason with me though, its really amusing, but i am beyond reason and believe me if had had to pass what i have had to to attain the painfull cursed "immortality" i have you would be too. I can tbelieve how much of an imbecile i was there... God i ve grown so much in a year... While i still know death can be manipulated i guess the form of immortallity i speak of is only of the mind and sould fused together in a an entity that is not only infinite it is also... how do you say the word...ever present even after finding a host to dwell in. I am now fused with this counterpart of a body wich cannot be trully as geat as i believe it to be. Cuz if I'm cut, do i not bleed, if i am hurt do i not cry? yes i think but death is a little vit more leanient upon me i think becasue i serve it and i can also be "gifted" by this misunderstood force of nature..
